Christmas ordering and delivery dates

We have based our final postage dates on those recommended by Royal Mail. These cannot be guaranteed so get your orders in early to avoid disapointment.

Shipping

We ship worldwide! All orders are shipped by Royal Mail. For UK customers all shipping is first class.  

Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order so will be calculated and displayed when you get to the final shopping cart. 

Some of our products are sent direct from designers. Please see product descriptions for details.

Acceptance

International deliveries may incur customs or import duties. These are the responsibility of the customer. For further details please contact your local customs office.  

In the unlikely event of a lost parcel we will either send out a replacement item or refund in full if a replacement is not available. A parcel will not be classed as lost until 20 working days has passed since the parcel's dispatch.

Any items returned to us by the delivery company due to failed delivery will be refunded in full less our delivery costs.

Returns

We hope that you are going to happy with your delivery from Fate London. If for any chance you need to return item/s to us then we have tried to make the process as simple and fair as possible. 

You can return your items within 14 working days of having received your order for a full refund of the total cost of the goods paid. Subject to receipt of the returned item un-damaged, fatelondon.com will process your refund within 28 days of receipt of the item. 

To return an item please complete the returns form at the bottom of the invoice that was dispatched to you. Detach the returns form from the invoice and place in a parcel with the item to be returned (it is important to keep hold of the invoice for your future records).

Please refer to your receipt for the returns address.

You will receive an email to confirm receipt of your return and a further email to confirm your refund has been processed.

Cancelling your order 

The Distance Selling regulations advise that you have 7 working days to cancel your order (starting the day after you place your order). If you wish to cancel your order please contact us at fate@fatelondon.com with your order number. Subject to receipt of the returned item un-damaged, fatelondon.com will provide a full refund including postage (paid at the time of purchase).

All refunds will be processed within 28 days of receipt of the item and will be processed via our payment systems partners.

Please note, the returns policy is not applicable for custom designed items, where returns, exchanges and refunds are not offered.

Please remember:

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU). If you are returning an item from outside of the EU, additional duties and taxes may apply. These charges are your responsibility and must be paid in order for us to receive your item. We advise that you contact your chosen postal service provider for further information.

Faulty Items

Some of our products are handcrafted and therefore come with natural wares and marks. Product descriptions clearly state where this is the case so please take this into consideration when placing your order. Please contact fate@fatelondon.com if you have any queries about such products.

We take special care to ensure there are no further marks or signs of ware to products before they are dispatched therefore Fate London will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that show signs of ware/ packaging destroyed. Upon receipt of an order, if your item has been received with defects please notify Fate London on the same day that you wish to return your order.

If the item you received is faulty you have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

  • Product name (as per your receipt)
  • Details of the fault
  • Whether you require a refund or a replacement

We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
